Wayland launches redesigned town website, posts Town Meeting synopsis
WAYLAND — Town Hall rolled out a redesigned municipal website Wednesday and posted the official synopsis of the 2026 Annual Town Meeting, capping a week in which residents worked through 41 warrant articles. Police, meanwhile, alerted residents to a black bear sighting in town.
TOWN HALL
The town's new website went live Wednesday, according to a News Flash notice posted at midday. Officials say the redesign is meant to give residents and visitors an improved online experience, though the underlying CivicPlus platform and core department pages remain in place.
Separately, the town clerk's office posted the 2026 Annual Town Meeting synopsis, summarizing the disposition of Articles 1 through 41 from the meeting that wrapped earlier this week. The synopsis is the official quick-reference record of what passed, what failed and what was amended on town meeting floor.

Vokes Players' production of "Jesus Christ Superstar," directed by Jennifer Gasser with music direction by Shane Stecher, continues at Beatrice Herford's Vokes Theatre through May 16.
