Stanizzi and member Katie Noble Harris would draft a letter to Route 20 property owners urging frontage cleanup ahead of a curb-cut RFP that DPW Director Tom Holder is targeting for June or July release. Alihan Polat said Article 25 passed before roughly 150 Town Meeting voters because the site felt remote, calling it a missed mixed-use opportunity: "That site was just the pink elephant in the room." Article 16 and its roughly $200,000 Orchard Lane study failed. The committee adjourned 5-0 at 9:26 a.m.
