Chair Sherrill Cline directed the library to finish the in-scope work, report complete, and reapply. Planning Director Adam Burney reported 75 percent design on Bruce Freeman Phase 3 was submitted to MassDOT in February against an $8.5 million construction estimate programmed for state fiscal 2029-2030, and Carty flagged that programmed costs of $334,000 to $420,000 exceed the $326,521 remaining in the Phase 2 non-participating account.
