The council sent the mayor's $10,536,466 loan authorization for owner's project management and design of a new station at 155 Lexington Street to the Long Term Debt and Capital Planning Committee without debate. Finance Committee recommendations approved by voice vote included $174,541 from the Unreserved Fund Balance to cover a school special education out-of-district deficit and $217,157 for softball field improvements at the Veterans Athletic Complex.
