Sudbury sets June 24 public session on Liberty Ledge property
SUDBURY — Town Hall is asking residents to weigh in on the future of two big-ticket properties this month, with a public input session on the Liberty Ledge/Sewataro property set for June 24 and a separate Open Space and Recreation Plan "field notes" survey closing June 18.
TOWN HALL The Liberty Ledge/Sewataro Advisory Committee (LLSAC) will host a public input session and community conversation June 24 on the future of the Liberty Ledge property, the town's News Flash announced Friday. The session is the next checkpoint in the town's effort to plan a long-term use for the recently acquired land.
The Planning and Community Development department is also collecting "field notes" input from residents for the Open Space and Recreation Plan (OSRP) through June 18. The plan shapes how Sudbury prioritizes conservation, trails and recreation assets, and town officials are looking for on-the-ground observations from people who actually use the spaces.
Town Manager Andy Sherman's June edition of The Sudbrief also dropped Friday, rounding up upcoming programs, events and department updates for the month ahead.
