Permanent Building Committee approves September minutes in 15-minute session

SUDBURY — February 18, 2026 — Sudbury's Permanent Building Committee approved its September minutes in a 15-minute virtual meeting deliberately framed as a record-short session. All seven members — Co-Chairs Jennifer Pincus and Craig Blake, plus Elaine Jones, Kathleen Bell, John Mann, James Kelly and Michael Cameron — voted unanimously to accept the Sept. 24, 2025 minutes as amended, incorporating two comma corrections from Bell and prior edits from Blake. Jones, who drafted the minutes with automated transcription help, was credited by Pincus with producing a write-up that was "really lovely" and "so easy to read." Members briefly noted the committee remains idle pending the Town Hall project, with Pincus stating she has "been told that the PBC is not in control of that schedule, and that we are not to attempt to get into control." The committee next meets May 7 at noon.
