Chair Ravi Simon told the joint Lincoln-Sudbury subcommittee that attorney Mark Terry will present his revised draft of the 1978 regional agreement at 8 p.m. February 12, with KP Law feedback due February 10 and select board and finance committee members of both towns invited to observe. The full LS School Committee is expected to vote February 24, followed by appearances before the Lincoln Select Board on March 9 and the Sudbury Select Board on March 17 at 7 p.m. Assistant Superintendent Andrew reported the Sudbury Select Board voted 5-0 to waive KP Law's conflict. Members debated whether to codify a periodic review cycle — DESE recommended five years, Terry suggested 10 — with Lincoln member Lisa warning the body "can't really fiddle diddle around with it a lot" without jeopardizing town meeting. Maura Carty: "I don't want to go another 42 years."
