The board also voted unanimously to endorse the Gratuity Brook Farm Estate definitive subdivision plan at 63 Gratuity Road, but only after Nitsch Engineering completes a confirmatory review of the final plans and Town Counsel approves the title work — a condition added after members noted that plan mylars arrived digitally just hours before the meeting.
