Dracut Recreation Department promotes ongoing youth and community sports programs heading into summer.
DRACUT -- The Dracut Recreation Department, based at 951 Mammoth Road, continues to offer a range of sports and activity programs for town residents. The department, led by Recreation Director Crystal Bewig, emphasizes good sportsmanship, skill development, teamwork, and friendship across all its programs.
TOWN -- Current offerings listed on the department's website include youth wrestling, an introduction to archery (offered as a four-week session), and a Bradford Ski & Snowboarding program. Sports and activity pages on the site also reference basketball, baseball, pickleball, and softball. Residents interested in registering for programs can do so through the department's online registration portal. The Recreation Department can be reached by phone at 978-458-4478. Office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Tuesday 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; and Friday 8:30 a.m. to noon. Volunteers are encouraged to contact the department about supporting any program.
