Billerica Library Closes June 19 for Juneteenth, Scam Talk Set Tuesday

BILLERICA — The Billerica Public Library will be closed Friday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth Independence Day and will reopen Monday, June 22, for regular hours — and before that, it is hosting a free scam-awareness presentation Tuesday evening.

COMMUNITY & ARTS

The Middlesex Sheriff's Office will present a Scam Awareness and Prevention program at the library on Tuesday, June 16, at 7 p.m. The session is free and open to residents; registration is available through the library's website at billericalibrary.org.

The library's annual Paperback Beach Pick BOGO Sale runs through the end of June. Patrons can also pick up a Family Friends tote bag for $10 at the Circulation Desk while supplies last.
