The Committee on Open Space and Recreation Plan met Monday and reviewed a near-complete draft organized around five goals, including connectivity and recreational access — priorities that emerged strongly from community surveys. Consultant Laurel walked members through a simplified two-tier action plan priority system, replacing the prior low-medium-high scale, with newly added language clarifying that all items are considered priorities "by nature of their inclusion."
