Health Director Vivian told the board March 11 the department will onboard Mike Funaioli, previously a health inspector in Concord, as assistant health director on March 31 after interviewing nine candidates and three finalists. The March 28 household hazardous waste day, 8 a.m. to noon, is on hold while town counsel and vendor Clean Harbors rework liability language Vivian called "a nail biter."
