Planning Board takes up three hearings Feb. 25 as transcript goes unrecorded
NATICK — February 25, 2026 — Natick Planning Board's Feb. 25 hybrid meeting transcript is unavailable for substantive reporting. The agenda posted by Chair Terri Evans scheduled a fifth hearing session on National Development's special permit and site plan review for an assisted living residence on 5 Lakeshore Road and 208 through 220 North Main Street, project PB-25-18, after continuances on Dec. 3, Jan. 14, Jan. 28 and Feb. 11. The board was also set to continue the Strathmore Road adult day care hearing, PB-26-1, and open the 625 Worcester Street carwash hearing, PB-26-2, which lies within the Highway Corridor Overlay District at zoning bylaw sections 320 through 329. Internal business included 10 backlogged sets of meeting minutes, a Rules and Regulations review, and a Fee Schedule review.
