Finance Committee transcript yields no record of April 7 deliberations

NATICK — April 7, 2026 — Natick Finance Committee's April 7 meeting record is effectively missing from public access. The Natick Pegasus transcript supplied for the hybrid meeting noticed by Chair Todd Gillenwater contains only the fragment "anything between our last meeting and the start of town meeting," with no attendance, motions, or votes recoverable. The posted agenda set up recommendation votes to Spring Annual Town Meeting on Article 14, amending Town Bylaw Article 50, Section 16 on animal control, and Article 17, the Natural and Synthetic Turf Field Study Group report, flagged for "possible reconsideration." Approval of March 24 and March 26 minutes and a discussion of the committee's role in Town Meeting procedural guidance were also on the agenda. The authoritative record will be the committee's approved April 7 minutes once posted to the AgendaCenter.
